President David Adams has a wide range of experience in mediation and construction defect consulting–all supported by two dozen years’ experience as a general contractor. Aerial Construction serves a varied clientele including attorneys, insurance companies, public agencies and private industry. David is also current Chairman of the Prop R Oversight Committee for Southwestern College in Chula Vista, CA.
